Patanjali, Shankara, Buddha, Krishna and Jesus taught the same basic principle. Enlightened Masters alive during my lifespan - Guru Dev, Maharishi, Krishnamurti, Yogananda, Osho, The Dalai Lama and Sai Baba advise us to adopt this same natural technique.
After three decades of experience of Meditation integrated within a busy Western lifestyle, I present summarised conclusions :-

- easy to practice
- portable requiring no special place, church, temple or time of day
